This is a true story. If you can think of a solution comment it and I'll post what they actually did in a few days.
There was a building in Manhatten that had 100 floors. The people who worked in the building were complaining about how long it took to get lifts to their floors every day. There were several complaints every day and so they decided that something had to be done...any ideas?

perhaps just built lift complexes with many lifts so the waiting time would be significantly reduced?
